झुम्छु रुबरु तिमीलाई समाउँदै,
कामिनीको सुरिलो रागसरी बगेको भाकामा डुब्दै;
दिव्य दृश्यको आभास , परमात्माको चरण स्पर्श,
दिलाएसरि नश-नशमा जब छाउँछ तरंग बहँकिदै
विशाल भेलसरि बगाउँदै बिचित्रका रंगहरु-
केहि अकल्पित् बीन बखानको कुतुहुल्ता,
तर साधरण भन्दा अपारको द्रश्य देखाउँदै ।
आवाजको ध्वनि मिलेर सुरिलो बनि बगेर
कतै गहिराइमा पुगेको,
ग्यानेन्द्रियहरुले जस्तै इन्द्रियहरु स्प्रश गरेको,
मनमा भावका लहराहरु संगितको लयमाइ
कतै पर सयर गर्दै-
यो ठाउँ देखि टाडा केही महसुस गरेझै,
नेत्रहरु खालि-खालि तरल बगाउँदै
मुस्कान पहिरिएर,
मुरुलीको लयमा नागराज नाचेझै,
त्यो शरीर संगीतको बिधी बिधानमा,
आफ्नो मनको परमात्माको दर्शन पाएझै,
सारा संसार छिनकोलाई ब्रमाण्डको रंगहरुका सानो धुलोझैँ
 झुमी- झुमी
फुर्र -
फैलिएर उडेझै ।।

फेर्दै गरेको सास्ले तैरिँदै गरेको प्राणको नाउँ,
ह्रदयकुञ्ज डुल्दै मस्तिष्कको आग्रहमा चलिरहेको त्यस्को पाठ्पूर्जा ;
वायुको बेगमा मछ्ल्दै! प्राण भर्दै!
बोलाउँदै गरेको अनजान आवाज पछ्याउँदै,
स-साना दुई झ्यालबाट संसार नियाल्दै,
कुन दीशालाग्ने हो त्यतैको बाटो बनाउँदै,
ओर्लेर आएको खोलासँगनि तैरेर पार ग्रछु भन्दै,
आएको भेललाई प्रेरणामा ढाल्दै -
नाविकले खियाउनजेल भत्किन भन्दै ।।

Waterfall pouring down in lush, as though a long hair of some grace, a gallant picturesque!
Ornamented with its stones and butterflies,
COnditioned with teasing light of day and night peeping in through canopies.
Therpeutic sound to senses, heavily hitting the ground as though it would crack it open.
Instead it softly disappears!
Down and under,
Thousands of metres below, an opening-
An escape from where it flows as a river- a stream,
Elegant presentation!
A subtle imagery that is beyond wonders

शाहसको मुना फक्रिएको,
चारैतिर पर्खालमा- क, ख, ग, घ कोरिएको;
रोशनी छिर्ने सानो दुलोबाट सपनाको दृश्य खोलिएको ।

नयनहरुमा आँटको व्दीप जलजल,
हातहरुमा हस्तकलाप्रतिको मोह,
वाणीहरुमा वीधाप्रतिको खुलदुल,
स-साना पाइलाहरुमा ईश्वरको दूवा ।

नबुझोस् त्यो द्वीप,
नसेलाओस् त्यो मोह,
नढल्कोस् त्यो खुलदुलि,
खुलिरहोस् सदैव त्यो दृश्य,
हौशला र जीवनको प्रतिबिम्व,

धर्ति फुटाएर उम्रिदै गरेको,
जीवन छर्दै खुशीमा तैरेको,
सूर्यले चुम्दा फूलसरि फूलेको,
हौशला र जीवनको प्रतिविम्ब ।।

This wind and these dancing. golden leaves;
this mesmerizing moon teasing the waves of this calm river;
as it flow - hitting on shores;
with the chilly wind it humms-
wild and ssslowww!
so peaceful- so pure;

just at a tiny distance- the found escape,
With faint noises of cities nearby,
A soothing nowhere land,
calming my soul as it cleanses my mind-
away from the weary day-
breathing simplicity-
The roaring river washes away my dismay.

i heal with nature as i blend in and wander.

सुख शान्ति प्राप्तिकोलागि मठ् - मन्दिर गई, जतिसुकै परेवाका कुँजिएका पखेटाहरुलाई आफ्ना बन्द पन्जाबाट मुक्ति दिलाउ, मन्त्र जप, 
तर सो कार्य-कलाको गहिरो र्शेय बुझेन भने जति शुद्ध उच्चारण गरेनि मन्त्र चल्दैन,
जति परेवाहरुको हुल उडाएनि शान्ति मिल्दैन ;
चारैतिर भावनाका लहराहरु ,
प्रेरणाका श्रोतहरु,
सरल तर जादूले भरेको अभ्यासहरु,
आँखा खोलेर जति नियाल,
मन-मस्तिस्कले हेरेन भने,
खुल्ला आँखाका बन्धपनल् कहिले देख्दैन ।
